OSE Quarterly Convening #3

Join us for our final OpenSciEd Quarterly Convening of the 2021-2022 school year! We will learn from the experiences of other champions about how they reflected on their first year of OSE implementation and used lessons learned in Year 1 to strengthen implementation in Year 2.

We will have time as a full community and then choose one of the following topics for an in-depth conversation:

• Planning the arc of implementation PD for the year: Assessing your department’s needs and using that to plan department time for school year ’22-23.
• Logistics planning: Trainings, inventory, materials ordering and storage, and curriculum adjustments. Hear how one leader manages these various moving parts.
• Becoming a teacher champion: Structures and tools to support your colleagues as the grade level or building lead teacher.

Champion Presenters will share resources and tips on a topic, leaving time for questions and conversation. Go to the breakout room that best meets the needs of your school or district! Want to hear them all? We’ll record the breakout rooms and share all materials so you can catch up on the content you miss.
