Thank you for sharing an update on your plans for offering Project Lead The Way (PLTW) in SY21-22! Information about your planned PLTW programming helps us ensure we are providing relevant supports. This year more than ever, we know your plans may evolve, but please answer the questions based on current plans.
Each school team need only submit one form (i.e., multiple team members do not each need to submit a form). District leaders, you may submit the form multiple times on behalf of different schools in your district.
Please complete the following survey in one sitting and submit the form by June 11th. You will not be able to save the form and return to complete to it. You will be asked to provide the following information about planned PLTW program(s) for SY21-22: any changes to PLTW program leadership at your school and district, the pathways your school will offer (e.g., Launch, Gateway, HS Eng, HS CS, and HS Biomed), the modules/units/courses your school will offer, and; high-level scheduling plans.
